These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AnyHelp mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by RATISH RAJESHWAR SINGH ANITHA ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietor with address at M-302, AIRFORCE NAVAL APT, ATHIPALAYAM PIRIVU, GANAPATHY, COIMBATORE - 641006, TAMIL NADU INDIA.
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at signup, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our privacy policy.If you do not agree, do not use AnyHelp.
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Complete email verification, phone verification, and identity verification (KYC) before using core marketplace features
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
You may maintain only one account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
AnyHelp is a technology platform that helps people who need local help ("Posters") connect with people who can provide help ("Helpers"). Users post tasks, place bids, match, communicate in job rooms, and complete jobs using in-app tools.
Important:
AnyHelp is not an employer, staffing agency, contractor, or agent of any user.
AnyHelp does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any task or service.
Helpers are independent users, not employees or partners of AnyHelp.
AnyHelp does not process payment between Posters and Helpers for completed jobs. Payment for actual work is arranged off-platform directly between users (cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other methods you choose).
Identity verification (KYC) through our provider Didit is a platform access requirement; it is not a background check, employment screening, or guarantee of user safety or skill.
To use the Service, you must:
Register with a valid email and password
Verify your email address
Verify your phone number via OTP
Complete profile information including a profile photo and address
Complete mandatory KYC through Didit
We may suspend or terminate accounts with false information, failed verification, or policy violations.
You may post local tasks describing the help you need, location, and budget.
App rules may limit the number of active jobs you can have at one time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions and for complying with local laws.
Placing a bid may require bidding tokens or an active unlimited bids subscription.
Tokens are consumed when you bid; refunds of tokens may apply only per app rules (for example, if a bid is refunded by the system).
You are responsible for your ability to perform tasks you bid on.
When a Poster accepts a bid, a job room is created for coordination.
Job completion may require OTP confirmation by both parties.
Chat may include text, attachments, and optional location links.
After completion, users may leave reviews.
Some jobs may support multiple Helpers through workforce features. All Helpers and the Poster must follow the same conduct and safety rules.
AnyHelp offers:
Consumable token packs (for example, 10, 30, 50, or 100 tokens) used to place bids
Auto-renewing subscriptions ("unlimited bids" monthly or yearly) that allow bidding without per-bid token charges while active
Purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. Prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to period end.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings.
On Android, you may use: Google Play Subscriptions
All purchases are subject to the refund policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not provide additional voluntary refunds except where required by law. For billing issues, contact the app store or anyhelp.support@indailabs.com.
Payment for the actual task or service between Poster and Helper happens outside AnyHelp. We are not responsible for:
Non-payment or partial payment
Pricing disputes between users
Taxes, invoices, or regulatory compliance related to work performed
Quality of work or service delivery
You are solely responsible for agreeing on price and payment method with the other user.
Referral programs may grant bonus tokens when conditions are met (for example, when a referred user completes KYC). Referral rules, limits, and rewards may change or end at any time.
You may not use AnyHelp to:
Violate any law or regulation
Post or perform illegal, fraudulent, or dangerous tasks
Offer or request weapons, controlled substances, or stolen goods
Offer or request adult sexual services
Provide unlicensed medical, legal, financial, or professional advice where a license is required
Perform hazardous work requiring credentials you do not hold
Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or endanger others
Impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications
Circumvent token, bidding, or verification systems
Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service
Upload malware or spam
We may remove content, cancel jobs, suspend accounts, or report activity to authorities.
You retain ownership of content you submit (job posts, messages, photos, reviews). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the right to share your content and that it does not violate these Terms or third-party rights.
We may monitor, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We may remove reviews that are abusive, false, retaliatory, or otherwise violate these Terms.
Meet in safe, public places when possible.
Verify the other user's identity through in-app profile and KYC indicators.
AnyHelp does not guarantee user behavior, criminal history, or task outcomes.
Call emergency services if you are in immediate danger. AnyHelp is not an emergency service.
Report unsafe users or app issues through in-app reporting or anyhelp.support@indailabs.com.
The AnyHelp name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
The Service integrates third-party services including Supabase, Firebase, Didit, RevenueCat, and app stores. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or acts.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
ANY USER WILL COMPLETE A TASK OR PAY AS AGREED
VERIFICATION OR RATINGS GUARANTEE SAFETY OR QUALITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 5,000 (or equivalent in your local currency).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your tasks, bids, or interactions with other users
Your content
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, risk to users, or legal requirements.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in Profile/Settings. Upon deletion, your account is disabled immediately. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data after deletion.
Before starting formal proceedings, contact anyhelp.support@indailabs.com with a description of your dispute. We will try to resolve it within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, you agree that courts located in [COIMBATORE, INDIA] have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
EEA/UK consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory local consumer protection laws.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updates at our terms page and update the effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Entire agreement — These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
Severability — If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No waiver — Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment — You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours in connection with a business transfer.
