This Privacy Policy explains how AnyHelp ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the AnyHelp mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

AnyHelp is operated by the individual named above. References to "AnyHelp" in this policy mean the Service operated by that person.

This policy applies to personal information we process through the AnyHelp app. It does not apply to third-party websites or services you may access through links in the app (for example, Google Maps or identity verification pages operated by Didit).
By using AnyHelp, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We do not collect: your device contacts, calendar, Bluetooth data, background location, advertising identifiers, or analytics data through dedicated analytics SDKs. We do not process in-app payments between posters and helpers for completed jobs—those arrangements occur off-platform between users.
Email address and password — used to create and secure your AnyHelp account via Supabase Auth.
Phone number — collected during signup and verified through a one-time password (OTP) sent via Google Firebase Authentication. Your verified phone number is stored in our database.
Authentication session — stored securely on your device using encrypted storage.
When you create or update your profile, we collect:
First and last name
Profile photo (camera or photo library)
Street address, city, state, country, postal code
Preferred language and currency
Ratings and job statistics displayed on your public profile
Before you can use core marketplace features, you must complete identity verification through Didit, our third-party KYC provider. We send Didit your user ID, name, email, phone number, and language preference to start a verification session.
Didit collects and processes government-issued identification documents and related verification data according to its own privacy policy. We receive and store only verification outcomes (for example, verified/declined status, session identifiers, and applicant reference IDs)—not copies of your government ID stored directly in our application code.
AnyHelp is a location-based marketplace. With your permission, we collect location data:
Foreground location — while you are actively using the app (after onboarding), we may update your approximate location periodically to show nearby jobs and match you with local users.
Job location — when you post a job, we store the job's coordinates, address, and search radius.
Signup verification — we may use your location once to help verify your address during registration.
Chat location sharing — you may optionally share coordinates in chat, which are sent as links to Google Maps.
We do not collect background location on Android or iOS.
Job titles, descriptions, budgets, and status
Chat messages and file attachments shared in job rooms
Reviews and ratings you submit
Reports you file about users or app issues
Referral codes you enter or share
Push notification token (FCM) and device platform — to deliver job, bid, and match notifications
Operating system and app version — included in error logs when you report app issues or when system errors are logged
Language and country preferences — stored locally on your device
If you buy bidding tokens or unlimited-bid subscriptions, purchase and entitlement data is processed by RevenueCat and the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). We maintain an in-app token balance and purchase ledger linked to your account.
We use personal information to:
Provide the Service — create accounts, verify email and phone, complete KYC gating, match posters and helpers, operate job rooms, chat, OTP job completion, and reviews.
Show relevant jobs — use location and profile data for proximity-based matching.
Send notifications — job updates, bids, matches, workforce requests, and account messages via push notifications.
Process in-app purchases — token packs and subscriptions.
Operate referral rewards — when you use or share a referral code.
Maintain safety and integrity — investigate reports, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms & Conditions.
Provide support — respond to inquiries sent to anyhelp.support@indailabs.com.
Improve reliability — diagnose errors and technical issues.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region requiring a legal basis, we rely on:
Where consent is required by law, we will request it separately. You may withdraw consent where applicable without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
When you use AnyHelp, certain information is visible to or shared with other users as part of the marketplace:
Public profile (name, photo, ratings, job counts)
Job posts you create
Bids and match activity within a job
Chat messages and attachments in job rooms
Reviews you give or receive
Your precise coordinates are used for proximity matching; other users see job-related location information you choose to share, not continuous real-time tracking of your device.
These providers process data under contractual obligations and only as needed to perform their services.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to legal process. If our business is reorganized, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction with notice where required by law.
AnyHelp is operated from India. Our service providers may process data in India, the United States, the European Union, and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms for transfers from the EEA/UK.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
Active accounts — while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
Deleted accounts — when you request deletion, your account is disabled immediately and you are signed out. We then delete or anonymize personal data promptly, except where we must retain limited information for:
Payment, tax, and accounting records
Fraud prevention and dispute resolution
Compliance with legal obligations
Enforcement of our Terms
Chat content, job history, and profile data associated with deleted accounts are removed or anonymized as part of this process, subject to the exceptions above.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:
Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
Secure session storage on device
Database access controls (including row-level security)
Restricted access to production systems
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and keep your device secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
Access and update — edit profile information in the app
Delete account — use "Delete account" in Profile/Settings
Push notifications — disable in device settings
Location — deny or revoke location permission (some features may not work)

You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, data portability, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
California residents may request to know, delete, and correct personal information, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a request, email anyhelp.support@indailabs.com. We will verify your request as required by law.
You may contact us with grievances regarding processing of your personal data. We will respond within timelines required by applicable law.
We will respond to rights requests within the timeframes required by applicable law, typically within 30 days.
AnyHelp is intended for users 18 years of age or older only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact anyhelp.support@indailabs.com and we will delete it.
The app may open third-party services (for example, Didit verification, Google Maps, app store subscription management). Those services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at our privacy policy page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
